My email address is not accepted to create my Ubigi account. What should I do?

In case your email address is not accepted or if you get an error message when trying to create your Ubigi account, please make sure that:

– You entered your email address correctly
– In case you already have a Ubigi account for another service, you must use a different email address to create an account for your Toyota
