I am connected to my Ubigi account for the first time, but no data plan is displayed. Why?
First of all, make sure that you are connected to the Ubigi account linked to your Toyota (the Toyota logo appears at the top of the screen).
In case you have not yet created an account linked to your Toyota or if you have interrupted the process of installing your embedded Wi-Fi hotspot with Ubigi, we invite you to follow the instructions on our installation guide on the page GETTING STARTED.
Please ensure beforehand that Ubigi services are available for your car in your country on the following links:
